Candice Kathleen Atherton, known as Candy Atherton, is a British journalist and was a politician. After serving as a councillor in Islington, where she was Mayor, she was Member of Parliament for Falmouth and Camborne from 1997 to 2005. She now lives in Cornwall and is still active in the Labour Party and in public life.
