Carl Weathers was an American actor and former professional football player. He is best known for portraying Apollo Creed in the Rocky series of films, Dillon in Predator, Chubbs Peterson in Happy Gilmore and Little Nicky, and an exaggeratedly frugal semi-fictionalized version of himself in the television series Arrested Development.
