Who is Carlos Contreras?
Carlos Contreras is a Mexican stock car racing driver. He was the first Mexican-born driver in any NASCAR national series. He has competed in the Craftsman Truck Series and Busch Series, and currently drives in the Nationwide Series part-time for Rick Ware Racing in the No. 15.
