Who is Casey Clausen?

Casey Clausen, is the current head football coach at Calabasas High School. He is also a former American football player who played quarterback for the University of Tennessee. Clausen attended Bishop Alemany High School.

Clausen took over the starting position from A.J. Suggs on October 21, 2000 against Alabama. He started 44 of 47 games at the quarterback position in his career and had a 14-1 record on the road with a 34-10 record overall. He played from 2000–2003 and led Tennessee to the SEC East Division title in 2001.

Clausen went undrafted in the 2004 NFL Draft and was briefly signed by the Kansas City Chiefs as a free agent where he spent some time in NFL Europe.

He was hired as the Calabasas High head football coach on December 12, 2013.

He is currently selling insurance. He is also the older brother of current NFL quarterback Jimmy Clausen and former quarterback Rick Clausen.
