Charles Fortenbach

Who is Charles Fortenbach?

Charlie Fortenbach has built solid financial and administrative

infrastructures for venture backed software companies, uniquely

positioning him to lead Vontu's Finance and Operations teams.

Charlie most recently served as

Director of Merger Acquisition Finance at Siebel Systems where he

was involved in acquisition due diligence activities and integration

planning. Prior to this he was Controller and Treasurer of OnLink

Technologies a successful guided-selling, enterprise software start-up.

At OnLink he was responsible for all aspects of the financial and

administrative functions including HR, IT, Facilities, and Contracts.

Before

joining OnLink, Charlie was the Manager of the Business and Investment

Analysis Group of Lockheed Martin Missiles and Space Co. This group

performed an advisory function for Lockheed senior management on a wide

range of issues facing the company, including consideration of

investment and acquisition opportunities among other things.

Charlie

received a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Tech, an M.S. in

Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford University, and an MBA from

the Harvard Business School.
