Francis Charles McMains, Jr., known as Chuck McMains, is a Baton Rouge attorney and businessman who served as a Republican member of the Louisiana House of Representatives from 1992 to 2001 from District 69 in East Baton Rouge Parish. In 1996, McMains made an unsuccessful race for the United States Senate seat being vacated by Democrat J. Bennett Johnston, Jr.
