Who is Craig Malloy?
Craig Malloy co-founded LifeSize Communications in January 2003 and
currently serves as its CEO. Previously, he was a co-founder and CEO of
ViaVideo, an Austin-based startup launched in September 1996. ViaVideo
was purchased by Polycom in 1998, and Craig then served as Senior Vice
President and General Manager of Polycom's Video Communication Division
for more than four years. His video communications experience dates
back to 1994 at VTEL Corporation in Austin.
Prior to entering the video communications industry, Craig held a
variety of marketing and manufacturing roles at Pfizer and Baxter Inc.
From 1983 through 1988, Craig served as a Lieutenant in the United
States Navy.
Craig earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval
Academy and a Master of Business Administration from the University of
California, Los Angeles.
