Who is D. K. A. MacKenzie?
Donald Kenneth Andrew MacKenzie was a Scottish international rugby union player, who played for Scotland twice at number eight in the 1939 Home Nations Championship. He was the first Scottish rugby internationalist to be killed in World War II.
His home club was Edinburgh Wanderers.
