Daasarathi Krishnamacharyulu was a popular Telugu Poet and Writer. Daasarathi holds the titles Abhyudhaya Kavi and Kalaprapurna. He was also the recipient of Sahitya Akademi Award for his poetic work book Thimiramtho Samaram in 1974. He was also chosen as Aastana Kavi of the Andhra Pradesh Government.
