Who is Daisuke Matsuzaka?

Daisuke Matsuzaka is a Japanese professional baseball pitcher who is a free agent. He previously played for the Boston Red Sox, New York Mets and the Seibu Lions.

Matsuzaka was selected the MVP of the inaugural and the second World Baseball Classic, and is an Olympic bronze medalist.
