Dr. Dale A. Lunsford, aka "Uncle Dale," and "Daddy Lunsford" is the sixth president of LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas. He assumed that title on July 1, 2007, succeeding Alvin O. Austin. His inauguration was held on November 1, 2007.

Prior to his appointment at LeTourneau University, Lunsford served as vice president for student affairs and external relations at the University of Texas at Tyler since 2002.
