Who was Daniel Martin?
Daniel Martin served as the 20th Governor of the state of Maryland in the United States from 1829 to January 3, 1830, and from January 3, 1831 until his death. He also served in the Maryland House of Delegates in 1813, 1815, 1817, 1819 and 1820. He was the second governor of Maryland to die in office.
