Who is David Harris?
David Anthony Harris is a British Conservative politician.
Harris was Member of Parliament for St Ives from 1983 until he retired in 1997, and also Member of the European Parliament for Cornwall and Plymouth from 1979 to 1984. Until 2010, there had been no Conservative MPs in Cornwall since the 1997 general election, when Harris retired and Sebastian Coe lost his seat. Harris now lives in Perranwell Station just outside Truro in Cornwall.
