Who is Deborah Coyne?
Deborah Margaret Ryland Coyne is a Canadian constitutional lawyer, professor, and author. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School of York University and a Master of Philosophy from Oxford University in international relations. On June 27, 2012, Coyne announced her candidacy for the leadership of the Liberal Party of Canada; she lost the leadership election in April 2013 to Justin Trudeau.
