She was stepmother of John Barrymore's daughter Diana, by his second wife Blanche Oelrichs, the mother of John Drew Barrymore and Dolores Barrymore, and the grandmother of John Barrymore III, Blyth Dolores Barrymore, Brahma Blyth Barrymore, and Drew Barrymore.
