Who is Domagoj Duvnjak?

Domagoj Duvnjak is a Croatian handball player who plays for HSV Hamburg. He became a member of the Croatia national handball team at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China.

In August 2009, Duvnjak signed a three-year contract with HSV Hamburg worth €2.25 million, including a transfer fee of €1.1 million, making him – at age 21 – the most expensive handball player in history of the sport.

In December 2013, he was named the IHF World Player of the Year.
