Who is Don Eck?
Donald Eck is an American football coach and former player. He is currently the head football coach at Corner Canyon High School in Draper, Utah, a position he has held since December 2012. Eck previously spent 28 years as an assistant coach at the collegiate and professional levels, including stints as offensive coordinator of the Berlin Thunder and Rhein Fire in NFL Europe.
