Who is E. Balagurusamy?
Dr. E. Balagurusamy is a teacher, consultant, author of various programming books and a former member of Union Public Service Commission of India. He was born in Andipattikottai, Karur district of Tamil Nadu. He is the second son of his parents. Balagurusamy was the former vice chancellor of Anna University, Chennai and former chairman of Consortium for Educational Communications. He holds an ME in Electrical Engineering and Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. Balagurusamy is an author of various books on C language, C++, Java and C#.
