Who was E. W. Everson?
E. W. Everson served from 1913 to 1918 in the North Dakota State House of Representatives. He was born in Østre Toten, Norway and emigrated to the United States in 1866.
He was later the founder and two term President of the Independent Voters Association in North Dakota.
