Who is Ed Deenihan?

Ed Deenihan is executive vice president of Global Services at Network Appliance, where he oversees the strategic direction and delivery of global technical support and professional services consulting. He joined the company in 2000 as senior vice president for Worldwide Sales. During his tenure in this position, he successfully implemented an aggressive business strategy that resulted in Network Appliance increasing its market share globally. Previously, he was president of the EDS Technology Sector Strategic Business Unit, headquartered in Santa Clara, California. In this role, Deenihan was responsible for all marketing, sales, and service delivery operations to EDS clients in industries such as semiconductors, software, hardware and peripherals, and medical instruments. Prior to that, he was chief operating officer of the same EDS unit. He began his career at General Motors with assignments in the United States and United Kingdom. Deenihan is a graduate of the University of Detroit.
