Who is Ed Policy?
Ed Policy was the Deputy Commissioner of the Arena Football League, and took over on an interim basis when commissioner C. David Baker stepped down two days before the 2008 ArenaBowl. Because the league subsequently shut down in 2009, Policy was only commissioner during one actual game during any AFL season.
Home town Poland, Ohio. Ed Attended Holy Family Grade school and played youth football for the Poland Bulldogs. He attended and graduated from Cardinal Mooney High School in Youngstown, Ohio.
