Edwin Waterhouse was an English accountant. In 1889 Waterhouse, along with a group of prominent businessmen, politicians and lawyers, founded The Law Debenture Corporation. Born at Oakfield, Aigburth, Liverpool, Edwin Waterhouse was the son of wealthy mill-owning Quaker parents.
