Who was Elliott Roosevelt?

Elliott Roosevelt was a United States Army Air Forces officer and an author. He was also a son of President Franklin D. Roosevelt and First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt.

After World War II, Roosevelt was called by a Senate subcommittee to testify about financial irregularities in which he had taken part regarding a contract for the experimental Hughes XF-11 reconnaissance aircraft. Subsequently, he had an extraordinarily varied career, primarily in broadcasting, ranching, politics, and business.
