Who was Evgeny Paton?
Professor Evgeny Oscarovich Paton was a Ukrainian and Soviet engineer who established the E. O. Paton Electric Welding Institute in Kiev. Paton was a people's deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Soviet Union. He was the father of Borys Paton.
