Who is Fabio Viviani?

Fabio Viviani is an Italian chef, and naturalized U.S. citizen. Viviani appeared on reality TV show Top Chef on Bravo during its fifth season. He was one of the final four contestants when he was eliminated from the competition and was voted "Top Chef Fan Favorite" by viewers. Viviani also appeared as a contestant on Top Chef: All Stars, but was eliminated in episode 9, entitled "Feeding Fallon".

Viviani also works as the private chef of William Shatner, and holds endorsement contracts with Italian mineral water producer San Pellegrino and German frozen pizza producer Dr. Oetker. He currently appears in Domino's Pizza commercials advertising artisan pizzas. He has currently opened a restaurant in Chicago named Siena Tavern. He also owns two restaurants in California, Cafe Firenze in Moorpark with his lifelong friend Jacopo Falleni, mixologist; Firenze Osteria in Los Angeles. His newest cookbook, Fabio's Italian Kitchen is set for April 23, 2013. He describes it as "My nonna passed these recipes down to me in a 300 year old family cookbook and I chose the best for you !! The story features a hilarious tale of me being a young crazy guy… The 100 recipes are just a BONUS !"
