Who is Faisal Shah?

Faisal Shah is the founder of MarkMonitor, a brand security, domain name and trademark management company specializing in brand management and fraud protection. Faisal Shah is a former partner with the Los Angeles office of Pillsbury Winthrop LLP (formerly Pillsbury Madison Sutro, LLP), one of the nation's top law firms. Subsequent to that, he was with Richardson Labs as Executive Vice President and General Counsel, where he handled numerous intellectual property issues and successfully represented the company before the Federal Trade Commission. Shah holds a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Colorado and a J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
