Who is Fish Scales?
Melvin Adams (born October 1, 1976, in Milledgeville, Georgia, USA) or better known by his stage name Fish Scales (or sometimes simply Scales) is a rapper. He is currently in the Kentucky-based quintet alternative southern rap group Nappy Roots. He attended Western Kentucky University between 1995 and 1997 on a basketball scholarship. There he met William Hughes, Ronald Wilson, Vito Jermaine Tisdale, Ryan Anthony, and Brian Scott. They then formed the band Nappy Roots. He is married.
