Who is Frank Wolf?

Frank Rudolph Wolf is an American Republican legislator who has represented Virginia's 10th congressional district in the United States House of Representatives since January 1981. He announced in December 2013 that he would not run for re-election in 2014, and is set to retire at the conclusion of his 17th term in office. At the time of his announcement, he was the state's longest serving congressman.
