Who is Fred Callaghan?

Fred Callaghan is a former footballer who played as a left back in the Football League during the 1960s and 1970s, primarily with Fulham, for whom he made almost 300 league appearances.

He made his debut for Fulham on 21 March 1964 in a Football League First Division match at Aston Villa.

In the mid-1970s he left Fulham to join Enfield. In 1980 he became manager of Brentford.

As of the 2009-10 season he is involved at Fulham as a corporate hospitality host, primarily in the Riverside Restaurant.
