Who was Fyodor Terentyev?

Fyodor Mikhaylovich Terentyev was a former Soviet cross-country skier who competed during the 1950s, training at the Armed Forces sports society in Moscow. He earned two medals at the 1956 Winter Olympics with a bronze in the 50 km and a gold in the 4x10 km relay.

Terentyev also earned silver medals in the 4x10 km relay at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in 1954 and 1958.

He was awarded Order of the Badge of Honor in 1957.
