Who is Gary Jones?
Gary Steven Jones is an English former professional footballer and assistant manager of Conference National side Chester FC.
As a player he was a forward and makeshift midfielder from 1993 until 2008 for Tranmere Rovers, Nottingham Forest and Grimsby Town. In 2008 after retiring from the playing side of the game he was appointed assistant manager of Colwyn Bay, a position he held until the end of the 2009-10 season when he took up a similar role at Chester.
