Who is George Campbell Jr.?

Dr. George Campbell Jr. was the eleventh President of The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, from July 2000 to July 2011.

During his tenure, he initiated the construction of 41 Cooper Square, a project whose high cost has been blamed for the school's decision to charge tuition.
