Who was George Hearne Senior?
George Hearne was an English cricketer.
Hearne was born in Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire. He played for a Middlesex XI and for Middlesex CCC as a batsman. He and his brother Tom headed a cricketing dynasty, which has spawned thirteen first-class cricketers. He died in Bushey Green, aged 75.
