Georgina Charlotte Gascoyne-Cecil, Marchioness of Salisbury, VA, CI was the wife of British statesman, Robert Gascoyne-Cecil, 3rd Marquess of Salisbury.

Lady Salisbury was the daughter of Sir Edward Alderson, a judge and a Baron of the Exchequer. On 11 July 1857, she married Lord Robert Cecil, a younger son of James Gascoyne-Cecil, 2nd Marquess of Salisbury, and they had eight children:
