Glad Bugariu is a Romanian football manager who has coached the U.S. Virgin Islands, Grenada, and various university teams in the United States. Currently, he is in charge of the women's football team at South Carolina State University in first division of the National Collegiate Athletic Association. Recently he has also been linked with a coaching position with the women's national team of the Philippines.
