Grant Robert Balfour is an Australian professional baseball relief pitcher who is a free agent. He has previously played for the Tampa Bay Rays, Minnesota Twins, Milwaukee Brewers and Oakland Athletics. He is currently the all-time save leader and strikeout leader among Australian MLB pitchers. He holds the Oakland Athletics consecutive save record at 44.
