Who is Halley Wallace?
Halley Wallace is a beauty queen from Indiana who has competed in the Miss USA pageant.
Wallace won the Miss Indiana Teen USA 2006 title in a state pageant held in late 2005. She went on to represent Indiana in the Miss Teen USA 2006 in Palm Springs, California, but did not place. She then returned to Evansville, Indiana, and pursued degrees in philosophy and history from the University of Evansville, and graduated in December 2009.
After the pageant, she gained fame by exposing some of the backstage pageant scandal.
