Who was Edward Wynn?

Harold Edward Wynn OGS was an Anglican bishop.

He was born on 15 January 1889 and educated at Mercers' School, London and Trinity Hall, Cambridge. Ordained in 1912, his first post was as Chaplain of Jesus College, Cambridge a period interrupted by World War I service as a Chaplain to the Forces. Later he was Vice-Principal of Westcott House, Cambridge then Dean of Pembroke College, Cambridge until his ordination to the episcopate as the Bishop of Ely. He died on 12 August 1956.
