Who was Harold Garfinkel?
Harold Garfinkel was a sociologist, ethnomethodologist, and a Professor Emeritus at the University of California, Los Angeles. He is known for establishing and developing ethnomethodology as a field of inquiry in sociology. He published multiple books throughout his lifetime and is well known for his book, Studies in Ethnomethodology, which was published in 1967.
