Who is Hiroshi Masuoka?

Hiroshi Masuoka is a Japanese voice actor. He is perhaps most known for his roles as Masuo Fuguta in Sazae-san and as Jam Ojisan in Anpanman.

He also notably voiced Master Roshi during the last episodes of Dragon Ball Z and all of Dragon Ball GT, following Kohei Miyauchi's death. He currently works for the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society.
