Who is Hisahiko Okazaki?

Hisahiko Okazaki was a former Japanese diplomat and currently serves as the Director of The Okazaki Institute in Tokyo. Upon passage of diplomat examination in 1952, he has withdrew from the University of Tokyo and began his career as a diplomat. He has received a B.A and M.A. in Economics from the University of Cambridge in 1955. His grandfather is Okazaki Kunisuke.
