Who is Hisham ibn al-A'as?

Hisham ibn al-A'as is the son of A'as ibn Wa'il and brother of Amr ibn al-A'as.

He freed 50 slaves on account of his father's will.

He was killed in the Battle of Yarmouk in the year 13 AH.
