Who was Ian McGeoch?
Vice-Admiral Sir Ian Lachlan Mackay McGeoch KCB DSO DSC was a commissioned officer in the Royal Navy of the United Kingdom. He commanded the submarine HMS Splendid during the Second World War, and was later Flag Officer Submarines and Flag Officer Scotland and Northern Ireland.
