Who is Ibn Sayyar al-Warraq?

Abu Muhammad al-Muthaffar ibn Nasr ibn Sayyār al-Warrāq of Baghdad was the compiler of a tenth-century cookbook, al-Kitab al-Ṭabīḫ. This is the earliest known Arabic cookbook.
