Ilija Nestorovski is a Macedonian footballer who plays for NK Inter Zaprešić.
He previously played in the Czech Gambrinus liga for 1. FC Slovácko and FK Viktoria Žižkov, as well as for Metalurg Skopje and FK Pobeda in First Macedonian Football League.
He has played international football for the Macedonia national under-21 football team, and as of August 2012 he had played in all six of their group matches in the 2013 UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship.
