Who is J. Remington Wilde?

J. Remington Wilde is an American songwriter. He began his professional career in Nashville, Tennessee, in 1977, and signed with ATV Music Group in 1979. His songs have been recorded by many country and pop artists, including Ray Charles, Gary Allan, Juice Newton, Conway Twitty, Clint Eastwood, Tommy Overstreet, Randy Travis and more, earning numerous RIAA certified gold and platinum discs.

His songs have also been in several films including the Universal Pictures 1990 release White Palace, starring Susan Sarandon and James Spader.
