Who is Jah Paul Jo?
Jah Paul Jo is a guitarist, bass player, singer and producer best known for creating the novelty band, Dread Zeppelin. From 1983 to 1988, Jah Paul Jo, as Severs Ramsey, was the singer/bass player in The Prime Movers. Ramsey is also the owner of independent record label, Birdcage Records, famous for launching the careers of Dread Zeppelin and The Prime Movers and for releasing titles by Stan Ridgway, Ron Asheton, In Vivo and The Mystery Band and many others.
