Who is Jake Westbrook?
Jacob Cauthen "Jake" Westbrook is an American former professional baseball pitcher in Major League Baseball. He is known as a sinker ball pitcher and has also hit a grand slam home run. During his career he played for the New York Yankees, Cleveland Indians and St. Louis Cardinals. He was selected to one All-Star game and won a World Series championship in 2011.
