Who is Jamie Rowe?

Jamie Rowe is the lead vocalist of the Christian hard rock band, Guardian. He is also the lead vocalist for power pop band, The Ruled. His recording career began with the amateur band, Tempest.

He has released a solo album: The Beautiful EP, which was to be followed by a full length project.

Jamie Rowe's full length solo debut titled "Songs For Heaven & Earth" was released in 2004. In 2006, It was re-released digitally by Jamie's own imprint Peppermint Daisy Music. Miami, Florida based Jostom Distribution currently distributes the recording in Latin America.

Billed as "J.R. Rowe," Jamie and his brother, Mikk Rowe, founded the former Christian Glam metal band, Tempest, in the late 1980s. Their debut album, A Coming Storm, recorded on Pure Metal Records in 1987, features Jamie's melodic voice with less grit and more high, falsetto screams than in his later work, and the lyrics contain a straightforward evangelical candor.
