Who is Jane Ray?
Jane Ray is an English illustrator of children's books. She has illustrated over 30 books and has won the Smarties prize for the "Story of the Creation".
After a degree course at Middlesex University in Ceramics she began her career by designing greetings cards and wrapping paper. Ray lives and works in London. She is married to the conductor David Temple and has three children.
